About the event

Join us for this new workshop!

Facilitated by Esther Armijo, LMSW

Starts Monday September 11, 2023 at 4pm for 12 weeks

Anger is a completely normal, usually healthy, human emotion. But when it becomes destructive, it can lead to problems at work, in your personal relationships, and in the overall quality of your life.

This 72-week workshop, endorsed by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, provides support and education to individuals who struggle with anger.

Participants will learn how to identify their anger triggers and will learn coping skills to reduce those intense outbursts. Join our Veterans' group and learn how to handle anger appropriately to reach goals, handle emergencies, and solve problems.

Sponsored by the SSG Fox Suicide Prevention Grant Program.
