Polite Paws is a free basic dog behaviors class designed to help Veterans, military service members, and their families build stronger relationships with their dogs. Through positive, training, participants can learn practical skills that help dogs become polite, confident companions. We work on loose-leash walking, basic manners, sit and down, stay and wait, and keeping all four paws on the floor instead of jumping.

Whether your dog is easily overwhelmed, overly excited, or needs help developing good manners, Polite Paws offers a space to learn these skills. The program is free and open to Veterans, current military service members, and their families in Albuquerque and the surrounding areas.
