The very first step of a second chance: Seeing a dog’s potential.
We partner with local New Mexico animal shelters and rescue organizations to find dogs full of potential for our Veteran Service Dog program.
Our typical guidelines:
Between 1.5-4 years old
Minimum of 30 pounds
All breeds considered
Our training team also evaluates temperament, dog-to-dog interactions, reaction to unfamiliar people, noise sensitivity, and motivation. This allows our team to evaluate the whole dog instead of just one behavior within one moment.
We are committed to helping rescue dogs find loving homes.
In addition to our Veteran Service Dog program we also host multiple adoption events throughout the year in partnership with these animal shelters and rescue organization to help even more dogs find loving home.
